Tracy has converted me back
After having given my negative review on Jet2.com as no further response from them I decided to try one last time and call them.
Well surprise surprise I got the most fantastic young lady called Tracy who provided me with my confirmation letter of no show for my flight. It was emailed to me whilst I was on the phone to her and she was full of apologies on behalf of Jet2.com.
As far as I am concerned Tracy should be promoted and given the role of training others including Mr Heapy how to effectively assist existing and new customers resolve queries promptly. She is an asset to this company.

Excellent Flights again via JET2.com, this time to Gran Caneria. Cannot undertstand why anyone else would travel with other providers. S stars to JET2.

I am flying to Venice on 21/7. I was sent a text by Jet2 telling me all about the twilight bag drop. As my flight was very early on the 21/7 I travelled to Birmingham Airport to use the Twilight Bag Drop.
On arrival there was no Twilight Bag Drop, yes there were sign above the check in gates saying bag drop but no staff manning them.
I had to queue for 45 minutes with all the other passengers who were flying within the next few hours.
i finally got to a check in gate and handed the Jet2 check in assistant my boarding pass I had checked in earlier and my passport, I said 'I would like to use the twilight check in for tomorrows flight to venice.
the first thing the assistant said was;
The computer says you are not checked in
then she realised I must be checked in as I had a printed boarding pass.
She then phoned her supervisor who asked her for my wife's boarding pass.
I said I do not hae that as my wife is not checking in any luggage.
then she asked for my wifes sequence number off her boarding pass, I said again I do not have either her passport or boarding pass as she is not checking in luggage.
At this point I came to the conclusion that I had no faith in Jet2's systems and asked for my documents to be returned.
I will go to the airport tomorrow and queue with everyone else.

The Jet2 Experience, July 2022
I have travelled widely and used all the UK carriers over 35 years. I experienced Jet2 to be the most consistent with regards to high service, clean, modern aircraft and smiling staff who genuinely appear happy on board. I particularly like the fact that the seats don't recline which means everyone has the same space to enjoy during the flight. If Jet2 does offer a service to my destination, I would always try to book with them ?.

I’ve just flown to and from Faro from East Midlands airport and both flights arrived ahead of schedule. The whole experience was good and straight forward.

This was my first time with Jet2 but it won’t be my last ;) very happy from start to finish. I felt well looked after throughout. I would very happily recommend Jet2 as their aircraft was spotless, their ground and cabin staff smart and all told a very nice experience. Thank you ;)

My experience with Jet
My experience with Jet2 has been positive on each of the 7 times we have used their services whether on package holiday or flight only.
My only problem was associated with car hire which was resolved professionally and to my satisfaction.
I do not hesitate to recommend this company to others and have now booked flights for a holiday in September of this year.
